A Fall Recipe For American Stewed Vegetables

Mix the following rather common ingredients together into one large Melting-Pot:

One small half-ripe Turnip, fresh from Pop's Old Turnip Patch

One not-so-fresh, hollowed out Gourd

As many pounds of Gouda Cheney Cheese as you can tolerate for sticky inconsistency

One dried Lieber-Mango, to add an odd taste to the mix

Add a heaping pile of canned Bush's Beans for gaseous indigestion

Throw in a few fresh Greens; useful, but mostly just for contrasting color

Add a Tipper or two of sugar for sickening sweetness

Add other various compatibly tasteless vegetables of a similar variety

Add just a few sprinkles of content (sparingly please, so as not to lose the Vegetables)

Heat to a rolling bore, then allow to simmer for much longer than one could ever

Finally, either mash the resulting mess into a pulp for therapeutic value, or try to swallow
it whole, whichever is least distasteful for you
