W.R. Berkeley again announced semi-annual special dividends of $0.50/share, in addition to the regular annual dividend of $0.60/share. This is the third year that they have done that.

Management probably doesn't think shares are trading at a discount to IV, so issue special dividends instead. With shares trading above PB of 1.7, they are probably right.
