I'm pretty new at this and have a basic question.

I'm looking at two stocks, I think of the same company. What is the difference? One is CXSFF and is an OTC stock. The other CXSP, traded on the NASDAQ. Why is there even a penny stock out there for a company that has a stock on the NASDAQ? Does the penny stock track the real one? What are the risks with purchasing the OTC? It is much cheaper. :-)
