Our annual employee benefit meeting is yet to come. Since they implemented an HDHP/HSA in 2009, our costs actually have gone down the past couple of years. I could not be more pleased.

This year my family is paying $226 for medical and $54 per month for dental. I don't recall how much my company pays but they also contribute $1000 to my HSA every year and I contribute another $5,250.

I'm hoping it hits 50k by the time I RE. It's currently invested in an S&P500 index fund.
