FlightAware.com is an awesome site. I even have an antenna on my roof feeding into a Raspberry Pi, listening to ADS/B broadcasts from planes overhead, and feeding the info into FlightAware. (For which I get a free Premium account.) And it definitely helps separate airline fiction from reality. I don’t leave home to pick up someone at the airport without checking FlightAware.

Plus it’s handy for looking at my own flight tracks after a personal flight.
