Does this stuff work?

Advanced SystemCare 6 PRO
http://www.iobit.com/update/sd/index.php

I know defrag works, but what about the other elements of this kind of thing? Like the claim of much faster Internet speeds, and all the "cleaning" functions.

Thoughts?
Thanks,
RB

It works very well at separating both the ignorant and fools from their money.

It undoubtedly does something that a test devised/selected by the Advanced Care folks 'better' then the Windows defrag.

I would be money it does not significantly speed either boot time or file access over the normal Windows defrag - which runs all by itself if you leave your PC running.

Gordon already replied, but I'll chime in to back him up.

Don't waste your money.

Windows defrag and ccleaner will keep your file management system up to speed, and if you want to get faster downloads, the free version of DAP will help.

Hey Rick,

I agree with Gordon, Rip & Chas. I used Smart Defrag on my old Vista laptop but now on my Win7 boxes I just use the defrag utility that MS provides. I've never tried their other pay for $$$ products. The free utilities the previous posters mentioned will do the job of keeping your PC running well.
