Previously Pen Fed had a great offer that anyone older than 59 1/2 could take the money out of an IRA CD without an early withdrawal penalty. This would afford you the ability to move it into another CD if the rates go up.A few months ago I was informed that this would be limited to a one time opportunity. I recently spoke to them and it seems that there are no restrictions on the number of times you can withdraw early.Does anyone have any up to date knowledge on this situation?
