I can spare about 10K for 401K. But currently I am
only investing so much so that I match my employers
contribution ( 3000$ i.e.)

I am not maxing because the rest of 7000$ , I might
need in 5 or 10 years. What is the penalty if I withdraw ?

Is it Foolish to invest this extra 7000$ even after
I know that I might need this money after 5 years.

Thanks
