Perhaps Livingstone thought that the reporter's behaviour in harassing him in an off-duty, private moment resembled that of a Nazi guard. I can't tell whether he was right or not - I wasn't there.

Wait, the evidence submitted by Kufirs is not as believable as the "believers"? Hmm, sounds a little Shariatic to me. Unless the reporter was ushering him to his death, he had no right to say what he said, knowing specifically that the reporter was a Jew. It is pretty obvious he let his emotions and feelings toward Jews out without having the usual press officer stopping him from speaking his mind.

As for his criticism of Israel, that's a separate issue.
He does it all the time, and quite right too.

He should stick to municipal issues instead of poking his fat nose into foreign affairs using Israel hatred as a bait for his constituents.
If he wants to criticize countries using his office as a platform, he should run for PM.
