I'd like to see you stress the overall part of wealth generation - the relationship between investing, consumption, and debt. Nobody wants to hear that in order to become wealthy you need to reduce consumption dollars, which frees more dollars for investing.

Also you should cover topics such as 401(k) fund selection / allocation. When they rolled out a 401(k) at my company, it was the first direct investment decisions made by many employees. What the representivies don't explain when it comes to risk was long-term risk of underperformance verses short-term risk of capital loss.
