Personally based on how urban an area one lives with Manhattan being 100 and 50 to 100 miles out of Fairbanks Alaska being a zero, I live in area that would rate a 20.

I get very few things ordered from Amazon, including things clearly marked Prime eligible, within two days.

OK, but before Amazon, how long did it take to get anything delivered? If it got delivered at all...

When I lived in the Atlantic rain-forest in Brazil, I found it a blessing Amazon would deliver English books at all. And shipping was reasonable when ordering half a dozen books at a time (you bet they came in a single box). You just learn to plan ahead when delivery takes a few weeks.
