Phil, thanks for pointing me toward that pub, I might do something with that this weekend (in between catching up on 3 weeks of People and Entertainment Weekly that I missed while on vacation! ;-).

I do know that my 2005 withholding will come to within $5000 of my total 2004 tax paid (from 2004 return) by the time I get my August 31 paycheck, so I guess I don't have to make estimated payments. Hopefully I don't have to worry about AMT at all, but I'll try to read up on it.
