Plenty. Lots of time, bluster, and money has been spent to combat an exceedingly small fraud problem, while the type of fraud described here being perpetrated by many of the same people time and again has barely been discussed.


That is sort of like saying the graft and corruption and obscure tax code in the government isn't significant enough to address before raising taxes. Baloney.
