I have been holding my RSUs in Oracle, though I'm considering some diversification. One strategy I'm considering is simply starting to sell 50% of newly vested RSUs. While Oracle stock has done reasonably well (up ~50% since I started in 2016), much of this rise is recent and it is not clear how sticky the rise is. Plus Oracle hasn't even outperformed the market in that time period.

On the other hand, if Oracle's cloud business finally starts substantially contributing to the bottom line, I think Oracle may rise quickly based on pure momentum - just like Tesla, AMD, NVIDIA, etc have. Of course Oracle is starting much bigger than any of those (market cap of $185B today), so I wouldn't expect a 10x rise, but a 2x rise is plausible (though highly speculative).
