I submit this poll to all straight males and to any females who wish to respond:

I note that Elizabeth Warren, who just turned 70, and Marianne Williamson, who just turned 67, appear to have
. . . oh how can a heterosexual baby-boomer male put this in the age of "me too" . . . appear to have or appear to be displaying an expanse of bare skin from the collar bones on up that to you seem:
Pretty darn hot for a human of any age
Pretty average for a human of any age
Kind of old-looking to my eye and not attractive at all

But... does that affect how we see them as candidates? Not to me.

Some men look pretty old, too.

Interesting question, I suppose, but I bet women would say it was pretty sexist to raise it.

No doubt -- I bet women would say that it would be sexist
to raise the question I raised.

But, one of the things that is lovely about this
discussion group (and I think all here would agree),
is that we can raise such questions because of the
positive spirit in which we know those questions are
raised. We mean well, not ill, in our curiosities
and interests as we express/pursue them here, in this
limited space.

It should be so, and I hope all agree with you.

Nice to see life here.

Kudos to you.

It is sexist. Warren can wear anything she wants. If men do not like it, then they don't have to look.

NO woman who is getting old should feel the need to live in turtle neck sweaters, to please men.
