Andrew is considering spending about $150 or so (maybe less) to purchase a Noble Title (Baron of the Principality of Sealand) with a certificate signed by Sealand's own Prince Michael (heir of Prince Roy who just died), a Sealand ID card, and one square foot of Sealand real estate.

Should he do it?
Yes, go for it! A Noble Title is a valuable thing to have.
Maybe. It's a harmless fantasy... whatever floats your boat.
