Post # 92776, dated June 13, in which I reiterated my earlier post describing the badly malfunctioning SEARCH window I have been experiencing (Chrome, an early 2015 Macbook air, El Capitain OS). A few others have confirmed that they have the same problem, one note adding the onslaught of unwanted suggestions based on my initial letter or two--which I also experience.

But no one from TMF has said a word. Not "we're sorry, and we're working on it." Not "we're puzzled, because....." Nothing. And most especially--no action appears to have been taken to solve the problem. If silence had been accompanied by evidence that the problem had been addressed, that would be fine. But there is no evidence that anything has been done. This is not the responsive, responsible group of concerned and energetic problem-solvers I've come to know and appreciate here. I am completely stumped, both by that miserable frustrating, inefficient SEARCH window and by the complete lack of response from TMF.

Can someone illuminate me?
