Does the federal government require firms who handle the 401K accounts for employers to report to the employee his/her's account status in a timely manner? If so, what is the minimum/maximum time the employee must wait after the close of each business quarter?
Is the employer also charged with a minimum/maximum time its must credit the employees account with earnings and/or employee contributions?
