for Educatio IRA and rollover IRA, can we make a pre-tax income contribution? I guess I am confused with most of the pre-tax and deductible terms. (I am new in tax). I understand that one can put $500 and $2000 into E-IRA and rolloverIRA yearly if certain criterias are met. And, those are the max allowable deductible you can contribute. But, the amount contributed couldn't be pre-tax dollars, right? Please help. I am confused. Thanks.
