MY net losses in options were not reported in previous 3 years. In each of those years I also had losses in stocks which were reported. So it would not effect any of the returns, only add to the carryover loss amount which I can use $3000 per year forward.

How can I correct this to have the additional approximately $11000 in option stock losses added to my current carry over amount to use in future.

Thanks in advance.

You need to amend each year's Schedule D to show that year's transactions. Do it chronologically, and don't forget that on all but the first one the carryover from the prior year changes too. File the Schedule D with a 1040X.

do I have to list each stock and option trade individually for previous years

Yes, you prepare the amended Schedule Ds as they should have appeared in the original returns.
