I agree that full disclosure of taxes or a more-than-obvious disclaimer that taxes are not included is necessary in this Priceline case. However, if you expect to get dirt cheap prices on a flight from NY to London, you should not whine about a connection through Germany or any other close European airport. I cannot understand the reason for complaint about leaving from Newark when this was part of the agreement in the bid for tickets either.

The only valid complaint I see is the non-disclosure of taxes up front and rudeness of customer service. All the rest is just whining.
