How I Invest

I pursue companies that have excellent management. Management should be liked by their employee base, have strong Glass Door ratings, have significant revenue growth, increasing profitability, disruptive technology that will change the environment in which the company competes and have an objective to change and improve the world. If the founder still leads the company and has a significant stock position, then it's a good bet that the company will be successful. If all these company attributes are present, then there is a reasonable chance that the company will deliver significantly greater returns than the market.
