Investing Expertise

My Area of Expertise:
I'm entrepreneurial and more or less a dreamer, very interested in how industries change with innovation. I think unique business models and visionary leadership are both underrated by the market, which is how disruptive companies manage to continually blow past Wall Street earnings estimates quarter after quarter. My previous experience was in specialty chemicals, alternative energy, and VC business development.

My wife's engagement ring
Worst Investment:
WPRT
Money I Manage:

How I Invest

I feel that business is not a game of numbers but one of strategy. The world's greatest companies are run by dedicated leaders who focus their time on making long-term decisions to get an edge over their competition. And they develop a clear battle plan, understood and supported by the entire workforce, on how to achieve that strategy. More than anything, I try to identify the sources and sustainability of a company's competitive advantage. They are changing quickly in today's digital age. Follow me on Twitter! @TMFInnovator
