An Interview with TMFtheEdge

Last updated: 7/17/2015
The Fool:
What, in your opinion, are some of life's big mysteries?
The hedgehog's dilemma
The Fool:
How'd you find out about the Fool? (Make your answer as colorful and truthful as possible.)
It's the internet but seriously there are tons of websites out there which talk about investments but the Fool was the only one which caught my eye by offering common sense and critically, made investment amusing.
The Fool:
What seemingly insurmountable challenge did you meet and defeat?
I am an introvert by nature (shy too). I chose my first job as a project engineer to force myself into talking to more people on a regular basis. I am glad to say that I am now a strategic procurement professional who travels globally and conduct business negotiations on a regular basis.

How I Invest

Companies which interest me tend to have the traits of Good-to-Great (Jim Collins), woven with my own real life business observations. I like leaders who are paranoid of their success and have tremendous passion and discipline to make a meaningful contribution or perspective in the industry they operate in. I attempt to identify these companies, then attempt pay a reasonable price for these companies. Listening to folks who have seen to road ahead helps tremendously, and I listen.
