How I Invest

My investment goal is to beat inflation by 5% annually with minimum risk. I have diversified sector wise and within each sector I invest in a bunch of companies from TMF world. I keep 10-25% portfolio cash for opportunistic purchased. I use options for income, reduce risk and conserve cash. I wrote this calculator to help me in my financial planning:
