Mom moved in in mid January so in lieu of Christmas goodies I would take in a large box of See's chocolates on her anniversary date with a card thanking the staff for her care... Figured by then the breakroom was barren!

My carrier actually suggested we do this when I complained of in-house service...US Cellular.
