Does anyone know anything about this company. The story sounds quite good. Unusually for a tech stock, they make money.

If I am not wrong, Protel is actually a software company. I've used one of their products before - a sort of electronic circuit and PCB design package. They are quite good and quite a few people I know use them at work as well. Other than that, I can't really say much about the company.

It's nice to hear that their products are good. So far all I know of them is what I read in a BRW article. I've ordered an annual report and copy of their prospectus so I can learn a little more about them.
The thing that attracted my interest was their profit margin, >80%.

Does anybody know if Protel is on any exchange in the States? Haven't been able to find anything.
Thanks.

Had a look at their website. It says they are only listed on the Australian stock Exchange.
