Put enough hydrogen on board and you can operate it equivalent to a diesel powered truck. Basically hydrogen wins here because of range, refueling times, and weight.

While this makes some sense in theory, in practice, hydrogen and fuel cells are a long way away from being a practical option. I'd put my money on Tesla for delivering a practical battery electric solution for the trucking industry well before anyone does so with hydrogen fuel.
