OK, here's something that will add enjoyment to your life for nearly free. At least it will cost you nothing more than you are already paying. You have to have a connection to the Internet, but I guess you all do if you are reading this.

The local classical radio station allows you to listen over the Internet. No sign-up, no fees, no special software. You have to have something to play one of their formats, but there are plenty of free players out there.

I like this station a lot because I like their choices. I'm a classical music freak. I'm not too fond of jazz, however, and too many of the stations that play "classical" play waaaaaaaaaay too much jazz. (How does anyone mistake jazz for classical? ;-))

So I appreciate the depth of selections and almost never want to change the channel when I'm listening to this in my pick-up truck. An old, ratty truck with no AC, so I have the windows open, classical music wafting out. Now THERE'S something you don't see every day.

Give it a listen if you like classical.
