Who else would know as much or more about annuities and life insurance than those who "sell" it . . . .a Fool??? LOL

BTW: In the rest of your post you made some very good points with those questions this person should consider. It's the very thing this person should go over with a lawyer to see if they can be addressed to one's satisfaction in a trust and/or a will. While we all have our own preferences as to how we'd handle this or that, the important issue is to find an acceptable solution for what this person wants to accomplish.
