Hi there,

Just looking at the info about the aquisition transaction and seeing a possible opportunity. If each IVX share is going to be exchanged for $26 cash, why is the current price of the stock $25.50? Is it because of uncertainty that the deal will be approved by shareholders?

It seems that if you were willing to bet that the deal would be approved, you'd stand to gain 2% on any bet you made. Is there anything I'm missing?

Looking forward to your Foolish responses,
Adam
