For my question, I was wondering if there is a good way to determine whether an apartment or a house would be a better decision financially? For example, I don't really see myself getting married anytime soon (or ever having kids at all). I assume, of course, that if it were just me and a partner an apartment would potentially be enough. However, would it get to a point where paying for rent on an apartment for a long time would eventually be a waste when I could be potentially buying a house with the money spent on rent?

My stock pick is: ROK

Thank You!
