When I test my blood sugar in the morning, before my coffee, It varies anywhere between 115 to 145. Is it normal to have such a big variance? Also, I found the sugar level changes are more tied to my exercise than diet, but with one day lag. If I exercise today, the blood sugar goes down not next morning but a day after. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
