As I was looking for fairly safe short-term investments, I found the following bond, which matures Nov 15 of this year. Yield to maturity is 15.1%:

Questions: Isn't Associates now part of Citi? And, if so, is this bond essentially a bet that Citi will survive at least until Nov. 15?

Is there some reason why I should not take that bet?

And how do I get more details about the bond? I'm guessing: phone my broker (Schwab).
