Hi there, right now I have my 401K set up to 6% contribution with a 3% match. I was planning to keep it that way for a while till I build up the funds for setting up a Roth account at Vanguard. At last look the initial investment in the funds seem to bottom out at around $1000. Is there a way to set up monthly payments to the account without the initial deposit? For example contribute $100/month into 3 funds for the IRA instead of coming up with the lump sum? Thanks!

Nope. Vanguard doesn't offer automatic investment plans. So keep saving.

*congrats on the choice of Vanguard, welcome to the club :-)*
