Quilters can always use:

--an assortment of (good!) threads (Mako Aurifil comes to mind)
--a coordinated fabric pack of fat quarters
--rotary cutter blades
--sewing machine needles
--a subscription to a quilting magazine
--miscellaneous notions
--organization supplies for tools--baskets, totes, etc.
--Find things that have quilt patterns on them--i.e. wooden boxes, pens, notecards, etc,

I'll post other ideas when/if I think of brain is a bit fried at this point in the day...
