Some states - Ohio is one - can sue a driver for an auto accident years
after the accident. DW was in that place a couple years after we were married
which was odd since she had been rear-ended - and the lawsuit was put in place at
the end of the last year the lawsuit could be brought.
She had to return to that state to testify - her insurance coverage was
sufficient to cover her at that time - but we have grown since then. People
and lawyers can be greedy folks at times.
