"Great feeling to be debt free..."

Hi TB,

It's great being mortgage free!!! I do have debt from time to time but I consider my ability to handle it without stress... My good car was totaled last year and it wasn't worth much to the insurance company due to age but it was reliable and got good gas mileage on the road. I recently bought a new Civic. I need a reliable auto because my family is dispersed North, South and East of me ;-) I'll be going on Medicare soon and my monthly cost will drop enough to make the car payment. I got a good interest rate and chose not to pay cash, although I did put quite a chunk down. If I feel any stress then I'll pay it off.

Take care, sounds like you're doing well:-)

Regards, Ken
