I never advocated being rude. By hanging up, the quicker I end the call. the quicker thet can move on to the next victim . . . I mean customer. I believe in the "don't call us, we'll call you" strategy. Bottom line - I feel no obligation to take unsolicited calls of any sort, and have no problem hanging up on them. It goes with the territory.
