"I would like to help my Mother in Law with her mortgage.She has a balance of $41,000.Recently I sold an investment property for a very handsome profit and I would like use my good fortune to pay off her mortgage completely. I do realize there are tax breaks for her to keep the mortgage but I know she would be be more at peace if she did not have this debt."
