There are a lot of places to mull over ethical questions - there may not
be too many folks addressing them on this board anymore. I have found
that since retiring officially, I run into less issues than I did in the past.

Course, I get phone call after phone call asking if I need braces for pain. They
started off being from call-centers where English was not a preferred language and
have gone to automated computerized response things.
Lately we have gotten calls that are computerized responses but sound like a
real person - you only recognize it is computerized if you go "off script"
But can there be an ethical issue over the phone if there is only one person
actively involved?
