"I've decided to pull my head out of the sand (again) as I am ashamed and can't believe I let this happen AGAIN."
You've taken the 1st step, which is to recognize that your credit card habit is detrimental to your life. Build on this. Don't use your credit cards anymore. If you don't have the cash, don't buy it. I would cut them up, and attack the debt. Sell whatever you can, and apply the money to your debt. Get a 2nd job if you have to. It is almost impossible to get ahead in life if you are paying 30% on your debt. So it is imperative that you dedicate yourself to getting rid of this debt. Best of luck, and I hope you find the strength to get rid of this debt, and then stay out of cc debt for the rest of your life.
