An Interview with Myself....(or auditioning for the "Funny Farm").

Q. Do you own alot of SIRI?
A. Yes, average cost $4
Q. Did you neglect to sell when it went over $9?
A. Yes, and still bruised in the butt from kicking myself.
Q. What made you get in and then hold on?
A. Greed, I think...and belief in the growth of the product.
Q. Do you subscribe to Sirius, and if so how do you like it?
A. I do, and I think it is excellent.
Q. Do you have confidence in management to succeed?
A. Yes. I think Karmazin is the very best there is.
Q. Then what are you worried about, and why do you defend the stock?
A. Valuation and dilution of equity, and inability to recoup scare me.
Q. Then why not take your profit and bail out, and start sleeping
A. Greed, I guess...and I remember the words of that great New York
restaurateur, Mama Leone, who said "Give people good food and lots of
it, and they will come." She was right, and made millions.
Q. How do you equate Mama Leone's to Sirius?
A. Given that Satellite radio shall dominate, and there are only 2
players in the game, Sirius has the all star-content, and regardless
of what somebody's silly little survey may have once said, in the
final analysis it is always "Content-Content-Content" that wins
the Day in broadcasting.
Q. Do you think anyone with more credibility than you believes this?
A. I hope so, because I am just an average guy, but here's what
Standard & Poors said about the NASCAR deal just released today:

"The five-year deal begins in 2007. S&P Equity Research said, "With NASCAR rights now held by XM Satellite Radio Holdings (nasdaq: XMSR - news - people ), we view the deal as a key win, with NFL and NBA deals also in place."

Q. What do you think of President Bush's progress in Europe so far?
A. Sorry, but I have no more time for questions today. I have to get
to Church to say my daily prayer for Mel, Howard, Sirius, and all my
fellow "Fools" to succeed, despite the fact that our faith is
sometimes tested by conflicting 'truths'. :-)
