Actually with all the deer and cold weather ya'll have up in Michigan I bet you got some awesome road kill up there. If a deer gets whacked on the highway in winter in Michigan I bet it doesn't lie there long. I bet people pick them up and process them and turn them into ground venison, venison sausage, salami, etc. When it's down near freezing or below the meat won't go bad very quickly.
