"My problem with conservative judges is their inability to think outside the creationist dogma that was ingrained into their heads, post birth."

Judges don't have to think 'outside the box'.

In fact, all they have to do is interpret EXISTING law, not make law from the bench. Simple.

You judge a case based upon it's Constitutionality, if a federal case, or upon existing interpretations of the law before. If it is a state case, you judge it upon the existing state law and precedents.

Liberal judges want to 'make law' from the bench and 'think outside the box'. Sorry, judges are not part of the legislature, and have no function to 'make law', create 'rights' that don't exist.

You respect the Constitution? Then you need conservative judges.

If you don't LIKE the existing law, then have CONGRESS change it. It is their duty to create and pass laws (that are Constitutional) that can change the current situation. If you can't convince them to create new laws that you like, then you are out of luck.

Also, the era of 'regulation' and 'laws' by 'executive decree' are subject to review. The president can't make laws that infringe upon the rights of others without being subject to judicial review, or make 'regulations' that exceed the authority granted by the legislature in the existing laws. In addition, 'executive regulation' is , by it's very nature, subject to change by the next President. Simple.
