Same here. Our oldest child works part-time while in college on the IT support team at a local Government contractor. We also match his Roth IRA contributions to the degree that he can contribute the IRS maximum. He has already figured out that with at least 50 years of tax free compounding to go before retirement, he'll have a ton of money saved by starting now.
