I used to raise homing pigeons. When I'd get too many I'd butcher a few young birds and eat them. I thought they were delicious. I cleaned them and then deep fried them. It tastes a lot like duck to me.

Old Pigeons are tough but young pigeons are tender and juicy and delicious.

You want to eat something nasty try eating and old tough Rooster. It's like trying to take a bite out of a leather shoe.
