I hear they taste like chicken, some are plump and juicy.


I have had it in a restaurant in Hong Kong in the 1960s. It was called ”squab” (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squab for more than you want to know about them).

FWIW, pigeons are an ”invasive species” whose droppings cause disease and millions of dollars annually to building owners, cities, etc. (see https://smithspestmanagement.com/blog/post/how-to-get-rid-of...). Only in a lift-wing bleeding heart liberal city like Nooo York would they make it illegal to catch and remove them. They should make it illegal to feed them, IMHO.
