I couldn't even accept it for general use, and, I'd immediately report it to our Legal Office. The fact is that our contractors are aware of the ban, and don't even try. They aren't happy about it, but we'd all be happy to throw them "under the bus" if they attempted to do so. None of my peers would risk their job/career over the value of a holiday basket of cheer.
