But the main idea is to relax and let the mind relax - with thoughts going
where they will. Folks frequently tie themselves into knots and allow the
churn of the day keep them tense. Sleep comes by turning off those things
that cause upset and letting yourself relax.

Not easy to do all the time - particularly when the world turns so rapidly.
